We have been buying takeaways from Bombay Balti for about 16 years - they are our favourite Indian takeaway, and the quality of the food is consistently good. My only complaints are that delivery on Saturday night takes longer and longer (tonight it was over 1hr 45mins from ordering to delivery), and that items are often missed out of the bag. In the past we almost never received mint yoghurt with our order, tonight it was the onion bhaji which was missing. To be fair, they do make a note and give you a 'free' one next time, but it is frustrating that you don't always receive what you've paid for. By the time their driver would get back to the shop, pick up the missing item and deliver it, you would have to wait another 30mins. Perhaps the orders should be double checked before leaving the shop? However, the food is really delicious and well-priced, so we keep coming back for more!
